Meet our new practice manager, Daphne Augillard-Dowden! Daphne is a New Orleans native who graduated from University of New Orleans with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. She then went on to graduate from Delgado with an associate of applied sciences degree, concentrating in accounting. She worked in hotel management before moving into the medical field and we are very excited to have her on our team.
I lead by example and I am hands-on in my approach. I believe in working side by side with my staff.
What is your favorite aspect of living in New Orleans?
Family. Because of Hurricane Katrina, I was in Houston for several years. My dad was diagnosed with cancer and I moved back home to help him.
What do you bring to the Louisiana Pain Specialists team?
I bring years of management experience with a background in accounting and psychology. I lead by example and I am hands-on in my approach. I believe in working side by side with my staff.
What are your goals as manager?
To ensure great patient care and customer service for all of our patients.
What are you looking forward to this summer?
I am a newlywed, and I am looking forward to spending time with my handsome husband, DeKarlo.
