Louisiana Pain Specialists Chief Operating Officer Rena Jolly to Co-Chair Dress For Success Luncheon

On Friday, March 17th, during Women's History Month, Dress for Success New Orleans will host its 13th Annual Suits & Salads Luncheon at The Higgins Hotel New Orleans. In keeping with our efforts to give back to our community, Louisiana Pain Specialists is proud to announce that our Chief Operating Officer, Rena Jolly, is co-chairing this inspirational event, which will bring together over 300 locals to support the work of Dress for Success New Orleans and celebrate the organization's mission of empowering women.

Dress for Success is a global not-for-profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Since starting operations in 1997, Dress for Success has expanded to 143 cities, including New Orleans, in 23 countries and has helped more than one million women work towards self-sufficiency.

During the event, attendees will hear from keynote speaker Swin Cash and Shaneika Henderson, enjoy a fashion show with ensembles from local boutiques, and celebrate the Client & Volunteer of the Year.

"I am beyond honored to be co-chairing the Suits and Salads Luncheon this year," says Jolly. "It is through the incredible generosity of those who attend and support the luncheon that more women in our community can receive critical career development resources and achieve economic independence. The luncheon also educates the community on the different tools DFS provides and gives everyone a chance to be involved locally."

According to Rena, her favorite part of the luncheon is the combination of fashion and listening to the speakers share their journeys and the impact that Dress for Success has had on their lives. "The whole room unites, and it is beautiful to see women helping women."

This year's fashion show looks are from Monomin, Pilot & Powell, BABE, Angelique, and jewelry by Reagan Charleston Jewelry. "These generous stores have sponsored the fashion show and their contributions mean so much to the success of the luncheon."

100% of proceeds from the 2023 luncheon will help Dress for Success New Orleans meet its goal of suiting 500+ women annually.

Rena and her event are also featured in this month's Adore Magazine!
