LinQ SI Joint Stabilization System

 LinQ SI Joint Stabilization System

DID YOU KNOW it is estimated that up to 30% of lower back pain is caused by SI Joint dysfunction?

We are proud to announce Dr. Suneil (Neil) Jolly with Louisiana Pain Specialist is one of a select few physicians in our area currently offering the LinQ SI Joint Stabilization System by PainTeq. This minimally invasive surgical technique is designed to treat sacroiliitis and SI Joint Disruption. The sacroiliac joint may become dysfunctional from degeneration or arthritis, inflammation, trauma, or post-partum ligamentous laxity. The LinQ procedure allows for fusion and stabilization of the SI joint in eligible patients where appropriate non-surgical treatment has failed. The LinQ SI Joint Stabilization System provides immediate and long term pain relief for the majority of patients who have had the procedure.

This innovative treatment option involves implanting one small bone allograft into the SI joint to stabilize and fuse the dysfunctional joint. The entire procedure takes less than 1 hour and is done through a single 1-2 inch incision on the lower back. Patients leave the hospital or surgery center the same day, shortly after surgery with some light restrictions . How quickly you return to work and resume your daily activities will depend on your postsurgical progress and occupation.

The LinQ™ procedure offers several benefits compared to traditional SI joint surgery:

  • Safe posterior approach away from nerves and large blood vessels
  • Minimally invasive
  • No metal implanted
  • Fast Recovery Time
  • Proven Effective Results

If you or someone you know are experiencing any of these symptoms please contact our office to schedule an appointment.

The physicians at Louisiana Pain Specialist are committed to offering a wide range of minimally invasive treatment options which help our patients eliminate the use of opioids and get you back to living their best life!
