PATIENT CARE TECHNICIAN

Brianne
Our clinical director assists Dr. Jolly with surgical and medical procedures and answers any questions or concerns patients may have in regards to their procedure. She also schedules outpatient, surgery procedures and handles all clinic or patient related concerns. In addition, she manages medical staff, inventory, and ensures that the clinic’s schedule meets all patients’ needs.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/ ACCOUNTING

Vanessa
Our office manager performs administrative, accounting, marketing, and human resource duties for each location. She keeps the business up and running by managing the clerical staff and administrative procedures. If individuals want to know any professional information about Dr. Jolly or our practice, they should contact the office manager.
PATIENT INTAKE SPECIALIST

Brittney
Out patient intake specialist checks in patients for appointments, collects any co-pays, and oversees medical record information. If patients have any questions about their medical records, they should contact the patient intake specialist.
PATIENT CARE TECHNICIAN

Tammy
Our patient care technicians have many duties such as putting patients in rooms, taking vital signs, assisting with in office procedures, and making follow-up appointments for patients. They also review medical information with each patient to ensure appropriate care is being given.
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Monique and Nadia
Our patient care coordinators answer many questions that patients have. They schedule appointments, take care of referrals, and gather patient information. If a patient needs a refill or has a question about a side effect of a medication or procedure, they need to call the main number to contact a patient care coordinator. If the patient care coordinator can’t help the patient, they will contact the appropriate person who can.
INSURANCE COORDINATOR

Corrie
Our insurance coordinator works on verifying insurance, getting prior authorizations for procedures, and she can answer questions about what different insurance plans will cover. Sometimes prior authorizations can take a while, so patients can call the insurance coordinator to find out if they’re covered for a certain procedure. She also handles workers compensation cases.
MID-LEVEL PROVIDER
Our Physician Assistant (PA) helps Dr. Jolly see, diagnose, and treat patients. Patients have the freedom to see either Dr. Jolly or his PA for an office visit. The PA also assists during surgery and procedures and can answer patients’ questions regarding their diagnosis and/or treatment. The PA allows Dr. Jolly to effectively treat more patients so he can expand his patient population.
BILLING ANALYST
Our billing analysts answer questions related to charges on a patient’s bill. If a patient has any questions about a bill, call (985)230-0493.
